Yuki X. Wei is a native of Beijing who speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and English. She studied English at the Beijing Second University of Foreign Studies and Japanese at Tokyo's Japan Institute of Culture and Languages. Ms. Xue was admitted to the prestigious Sophia University in Tokyo to major in management science. After graduation from Sophia, she went to Brigham Young University in Utah to study communications. Then she joined a leading U.S. public relations firm and was based in Beijing, where she worked with Western and Japanese clients, including Toyota Motor Co. She has been associated with PRAP Japan since 1997 when she launched PRAP China Public Relations Consultants, Inc.
